My dear friend veridian_dair is a wonderfully talented artist. She's been the one to motivate me to get back into art, myself, and I've been having a great time with it. One day a month or so ago, she asks me, "If you could be any fictional character, who would you be?" I didn't even have to think about it - "Elizabeth Swann."

And so, she embarked on a weeks-long effort to produce the following artwork for me, using a recent picture of myself and the AWE promo poster. I'm blown away by it, and I know you all will be too!
